Safety operation rules of hydraulic straightening machine

H-beam hydraulic straightening machine is used to correct deformation surface of H-beam flange plate during welding. The correction principle is: two upper straightening wheels press both sides of the wing plate, one lower straightening wheel stands against the middle of the wing plate,  the lower straightening wheel presses the middle of the wing plate upward under the driving of the jacking oil cylinder, so as to achieve the purpose of correcting the welding deformation of the wing plate.

In the process of operation  use, we should pay attention to the following aspects: regularly check the oil level  quality of lubricating oil  hydraulic oil, supplement  replace oil,  clean the oil filter core when the return oil is blocked  alarming. Check the pipe joint  sealing condition regularly. The main drive motor runs smoothly for 10 minutes. The lifting  lowering of the straightening oil cylinder is flexible,  the stroke reaches 150 mm. The motor of the hydraulic system is started, each solenoid valve acts flexibly,  the pressure regulation range is between 5 ~ 25MPa. Turn on the oil cylinder lifting switch,  the floating roller table will rise steadily,  the stroke is greater than 100 mm.

Start the main power supply  start the hydraulic system. Correct the workpiece according to the correction ability. Lift the workpiece onto the roller table on the input side. Pay attention that the workpiece is basically in the middle of the roller table,  retract the hydraulic side of the centralizer wheel on the web of the host. Measure the width of the flange plate of the workpiece,  adjust the two correction wheels to the corresponding position of the scale according to its width. Make it  the main driving wheel to form a correction hole shape. Turn on the roller conveyor motor, input the workpiece into the host,  the end is more than 150 mm in the middle of the main drive wheel, that is, stop the workpiece conveying. Manually adjust the web centralizer wheel to guide the web plate of the workpiece to the middle position of the straightening wheel,  the middle deviation shall  be more than 5mm.

After inching operation, the floating channels are raised before  after the operation,  eye observation is conducted to make the upper surface of the work-piece wing plate basically combine with the lower surface of the upper two pressure wheels. Press the raise button of straightening wheel  extend the main cylinder through the digital input operation panel to make the main wheel, workpiece wing plate  upper pressure roll close together. Start the main drive motor  output the workpiece to the host position about 200 mm for easy detection. Check the perpendicularity of flange plate  web plate after initial straightening to prevent over deformation of correction,  adjust the correction amount (the deformation amount shall  be more than 2mm each time).

If it is necessary to adjust the correction amount, the workpiece shall be retreated into the main machine (the end is more than about 150 mm in the middle of the straightening wheel) to adjust the increase of the main straightening roll. Start the main drive motor for normal correction output. If the single side needs to be straightened for many times, the conveying should be stopped  the workpiece should be returned (the front end is about 150 mm higher than the middle of the straightening wheel) at a distance of about 100 mm  the middle of the straightening wheel. The whole workpiece is separated  the host machine, that is, the front  rear floating roller tables are lowered,  then the main driving wheel is lowered to lift the workpiece out.
