The DHB series positioner has the function of rotation (optional lifting), the workpiece will locate in the best welding posi-tion by rotation, the stepless speed regulation rotation meets the different workpieces welding requirement to achieve thepurpose of automatic welding.lt is especially suitable for ultra-long structural parts which need to be displaced. lt is mainlyused for multi-purposes such as workpiece displacement, welding,grinding polishing,assembly.
Through upgrade it can be used together with robots.The turning rotation of positoner is driven byAC servo motor andbacklash-free reducer,coordinated by the external axis to coordinate control software robot, it used as the 7th of therobot system.
