Urib unit assembly machine

The upper layer of the steel box beam structure is mostly a U-rib unit.As the main bearing surface, U ribs are used as rein-forcing ribs on the steel plate.The U-rib assembly unit developed by our company realizes the accurate positioning of u-ribbed ends.The U-ribs are forced to align on the assembly line through the mold, then the U two sides is spot-welded onthe steel plate,when host is moving, U ribs steel plates are fixed by spot welding.
