The main workload of shipbuilding is in section manufacturing, it is large volume, large quantity, long consumption time,requires more production processes.It needs to be produced in order then improve production efficiency reduce laborworking intensity, our company has developed flat section sub-assembly welding production line.This production line ismainly composed of pre-assembled steel plate platform, FCB single-side welding double-side molding machine ( double-sides submerge arc welding), cutting grinding line , longitudinal installation machine , longitudinal bone welding mach-ine, rib plate installation machine (rib pulling device), ribbed plate welding machine, transport trolley, sectional jackingmachine ground logistics delivery system.The flat sub-assembly welding production line is divided into FCB single-sidewelding double-side forming method according to different production methods,steel plate turning double-sides weldingmethod single plate long steel bar method.
